I can't believe Zach will be one month old tomorrow. Time really flies by, and we are enjoying every minute of it.

First Sponge Bath

Here are some photos of Zach's first sponge bath at 4 days old. Needless to say, he did not like it. But he does really well with the regular baths now; thank goodness!

We think he's cute even when he is screaming his head off!

He is only 10 days old and already growing so fast. This is one of the few pictures we have of Zach with his eyes open...

Zach was born Friday, January 25th 2008 @ 1:22 PM @ Anaheim Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. , 19 and a half inches long.

Leaving for Hospital

On Thursday, January 24th at 8:00 PM Chris and I went to the hospital to be induced.


We were in our room and all settled with the IV's by 9:00 PM I started feeling the heavy labor contractions by 11:00 PM and was ready for the epidural by 2:00 AM . After a few hours of rest, we were ready to have this baby Friday morning.

Unfortunately, my Dr. was in a surgery that was only suppost to last until 11:00 Am, 12:15 PM we were pushing. And an hour later, little Zach came into this world... and we will never be the same!

Happy New Year-2008!!!!

For New Year's we went to our friends Mikey and Stephanie's to hang out and play games, we got so involved in the games we were playing that we missed the countdown by 2 minutes. That was okay we still rang in the new year with great friends.

Ugly Christmas Sweater Party

Ryan and Beth threw an ugly Christmas Sweater Party. We had a great time, as you can tell from the video clips. Chris wowed everyone with his homemade light extravaganza and went home with the ugliest sweater prize. In the clip, I can't remember what started the laughing but Lynnley couldn't stop and neither could the rest of us. The company and food were awesome. I also realized that I can't take anymore pictures of myself until after Zach comes (ugh!!)

Clay Pigeons

Red Bluff, CA

After we saw Brandon, Chris and I drove 4 hours to see my brother Darrick and his wife Megan and their little girl Ava. We had never been to their new place in Red Bluff, CA. It was a short visit, but we had a great time being with them.

We went to a local pumpkin patch and helped Ava pick out her pumpkin.

Ava is such a sweet little girl. She really hams it up for the camera. Ask her what a turkey says and she'll tell you, "Dobble, Dobble, Dobble" it is the cutest thing you've ever heard.
