First Steps!

I haven't posted a video in a long time, but this one is worth looking at. My little baby is walking! This was taken a few days ago and today he is ten times better. Oh my goodness this came out of now where!

Christmas P-A-R-T-Y!

A few weeks ago we had a great time at our friend's Sean and Bobbi's Christmas Party. Great food, great company and great games! Have you ever played PictionaryMAN? Well you need to! It was so fun. Stephanie got it for the gift exchange and picked her own gift (I don't blame her). We had so much fun playing; the pictures really don't do it justice, but most of us were crying hysterically. Thanks everyone for a great time!!!

First Haircut!

Zach's hair really has a mind of its own. It has a lot of body to it especially in the front. He has this weird curl that won't do anything I want it to. I was getting tired of trying to grow it out so I trimmed it myself-yikes! It turn out pretty good, but that was a month ago and unfortunately it's back.

There are so many things I am grateful for this season. Here are just a few...
1.) My wonderful husband
2.) My health
3.) My home
4.) My extremely supportive family
5.) And last but certainly not least, the small little guy who has made my existence so much more meaningful...

Finally!

Chris has been bugging me for months now, so I finally went private. I really do not have a problem with people I know, or any of you know, looking at our blog, so if you want to pass along any emails I will be glad to add them to my list.

I think I have 60 photo shoots of just Zach, but I recently took these ones and I had to post them. I swear he thinks he's a model. He gets these little pouty faces and I just laugh.

Zach's First Halloween

I've always loved Halloween, but now that I have a child it is so much more enjoyable. Although he isn't into trick-or-treating yet, it was still so much fun. Zach was a lion cub and I tried to do a little face painting, but as you can see all I got to do was a little spat on his nose and I was surprised I even got that, he was not having it!

Visiting my cousins...

Last weekend Zach and I went up to my brother's house in Red Bluff, CA (2 hours north of Sacramento) and got to see his new cousin Paige. We had so much fun. You can't really tell in the first picture (because they were all moving) but they really do look related... Zach's face in the last picture sums up what kind of time we had...a grrrrrreat time!!! We miss you guys already!

9 MONTHS

I can't believe our little baby (wait Zach was never little) is already 9 months... Here is an update on our little man.

Crawling-turbo styles
Loves chasing mommy
Pulling himself up on whatever he can find
Cruising around the furniture
Loves opening my oven broiler, can't seem to figure out how to lock that stupid thing (yikes)
Loves pulling hair (he thinks it's a game)
Will stop everything to read a book-Go Dog Go! is a fav. (yeah says mommy)
Loves the word MAMA still working on DADA
Hates chunky food, those baby jars are getting expensive!
He weighs 20 lbs 13 oz (finally in the 50th %) but 30 inches tall (90th %)

What a joy he has been so far, can't wait for the next phase... walking!!!!!!
